1st neck
Measure the neck circumference at the level of the larynx.
2nd breast
Bring the measuring tape around your back and forward. It should go over the largest part of your breasts (usually the nipples).
3. Underbust
Measure the ribcage below the breast.
4. Waist
Measure the narrowest part of your waist.
5th hip
Measure the circumference of your hips at the fullest part of your buttocks.
6th thigh
Measure just below the fullest part of your thigh.
